I went there for my bf’s birthday. Food is small portions and easy to eat. My favorite menu is the raw fish signature dish but I forgot the name 🤣 Service is sooooo good, Ming is a staff who takes care of us. He explained each dish details nicely. Merci!

Five-star experience all around! Ming, our server, was extremely knowledgeable of the set menu that my date and I went with. Food is deserving a Michelin starred. Drink selection is unlimited, with an amazing curation of alcohol to choose from. Lane was also a pleasure to chat with. She occasionally checked in amongst the chaos of a vibing restaurant. Reservations are hard to get during weekends, be sure to book in advance!

Thanks to the friendly staff, the atmosphere lives up to the warm name. They made our evening very pleasant! The food was incredibly delicious, we even ordered seconds for one of the plates. It's impossible to order a bad dish here, every plate was delicious.

From start to finish, our dining experience was exceptional. The concept of refined Spanish-Japanese fusion was executed with remarkable precision each dish showcased premium ingredients, exquisite flavors, and elegant presentation. The ambiance is sophisticated yet warm, making it perfect for a special evening. The service was truly outstanding; every staff member was attentive and gracious, with a special mention to Khun Aom for her professional and heartfelt hospitality. A restaurant that genuinely elevates the art of dining highly recommended.

Loving the food so much ..every dish bursts with flavor, and you get a variety of Spanish cuisine in just one bite. The vibe, the atmosphere… absolutely perfect. And the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Khun Aom who made our experience even better. 😗

I popped into Fuego for dinner on my own and was met with such a friendly, comfortable vibe from the moment I walked in. So thankful to BJ, Laine and Chef for that. As someone eating solo, I appreciated BJ’s spot-on recommendations (nothing too big, everything delicious). The Ankimo toast looks simple but hits like a flavour bomb — one of the highlights for me. The suggested Bonita Mochi cocktail was gorgeous and not overly sweet despite how it looks, its flavours were really well balanced. Every plate was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. The setting is gorgeous, the staff were attentive and friendly, they made sure the whole night felt warm and welcoming. The unexpected fire show was a nice addition to the experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town and I’ll make sure to bring a friend so I can sample more of the menu!

What an incredible experience! This place redefines fine dining! It’s cool, creative, and full of energy. We were lucky enough to enjoy the creative menu by not just one, but two chefs: Roger feat. Dan Bark. The fusion dishes were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The whole team was super professional, creating such a fun and welcoming vibe. Great music, great atmosphere. One of the best dining experiences we've ever had!

Bar bites + cocktails kinda place. Michelin guide recommended. Maybe 25-30 seats surrounding a lively open kitchen/bar, staff is very friendly and competent. Upscale place prices wise, but enjoyed the experience! The manchego with truffle was a big hit :) The monkfish liver toast and the caviar bun, whilst looking very pretty didn't do the job for me taste-wise. The tomato toast was however surprisingly refreshing

Celebrated my friend's birthday at Fuego last night, and it was an unforgettable experience! The dishes were spot-on, featuring bold flavors that satisfied every craving. The good sake flowed seamlessly, but the highlight was the non-stop whiskey shots that kept the party energy high without missing a beat. The cozy yet lively atmosphere was perfect for a birthday bash, complete with upbeat music and that warm buzz everyone loves. A huge thanks to our server, Laine, and Nan for their top-notch service and for making us feel special all night. A shout-out to Chef Roger for the incredible culinary magic. I will definitely return!

We had an amazing time at Fuego from start to finish. The food was full of character and very unique. Ankimo toast was my absolute favorite! You can tell a lot of care goes into what comes out of the kitchen. Everything felt intentional from the flavors to the atmosphere. The chef was super friendly and the service was excellent.
